We have offer local delivery within 15km of our location on Whyte Ave.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in Canada! Due to the perishable nature of donuts, we don't ship outside of Canada since we can't guarantee fast delivery.
How can you ship donuts?
We ship our donuts frozen so they don't go bad on the way to our customers--don't worry, that doesn't affect the flavor. Our donuts are baked fresh to order and that freshness is retained via freezing them. Just defrost them on a plate for a couple hours and they will be as good as new!
Do you offer refunds?
No, we don't.
Why do the Gourmet Donut flavors change?
The Gourmet Donuts are where are chefs get to have fun and innovate with new flavors combination and recipes to keep our customers on their toes. Our mission is to reinvent the donut and to do that we need to let our chefs have creative freedom and that's why they get free-reign of the Gourmet Donut flavours!
How long will limited-edition flavors be available?
There is no definitive amount of time we sell certain flavors. This is for a couple reasons: firstly we only want to sell the best of the best. So our chefs are always testing new recipes but on the very best become a limited edition flavor (and we don't want to rush perfection). Secondly, we use locally and ethically sourced ingredients so our chefs are limited to what is in season/available to them.
